Oncology On Canvas℠, now in its 10th year, represents the artistic expression of the journeys people face when confronted with cancer. To commemorate this milestone, Lilly Oncology presents The Hope Murals Project, a mission to bring 10 murals based on the inspirational art from past competitions to 10 cities across the United States and Puerto Rico.
It only takes one person to create an inspirational piece of Lilly Oncology On Canvas art, but it takes four designers, more than 60 paintbrushes, up to 10 gallons of paint, and a whole community to transform that art into a giant Hope Mural—a permanent show of support in each city for those touched by cancer.
Vote for the artwork you want transformed into a Hope Mural in each city. The artwork with the most votes/“Likes” will become a Hope Mural and help bring cancer journeys to life!
The Hope Murals Project was launched in May 2014 in Anaheim, California, and will continue across 9 additional cities in the United States and Puerto Rico.
The deadline for submission
is August 15, 2014.
